Wyebot is a fast-growing company, leading innovation in wireless intelligence and network assurance. We are currently seeking an experienced CRM Administrator to join our team. While we currently utilize Pipedrive as our CRM, we are preparing for an exciting migration to Salesforce. Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of our current CRM database, Pipedrive.
• Conduct weekly reviews of opportunity pipeline data to ensure accuracy and alignment with revenue forecasts.
• Maintain and update user guides and best-practice documentation.
• Provide CRM activity and usage support to Wyebot’s Sales organization, ensuring effective adoption and utilization.
• Actively contribute to the planning, design, and successful migration from Pipedrive to Salesforce.
• Collaborate with the finance team to integrate Salesforce with financial systems, ensuring seamless data flow and reporting.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with a proactive approach and strong interpersonal skills.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator (Salesforce.com).
• Experience with CPQ tools is a strong plus.
• 5-7 years of CRM administration experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Proven ability to generate, analyze, and present detailed reports, guidelines, and procedures.
• Skilled in resolving complex business issues independently using sound judgment and problem-solving expertise.
