WLAN Autoroam is a free tool that tests how well your Wi-Fi devices roam between access points and shows you exactly what happens during those transitions. It runs on a Linux system with an active Wi-Fi connection, provides an easy-to-use local web interface for running and reviewing tests, and stores results so you can compare performance over time.
